The role of the Youth Pastor focuses on the spiritual health and direction (including evangelism, discipleship and pastoral care) of those aged 12 - 17 years old. They will also provide leadership, support, and guidance to volunteers and families, while ensuring a safe, fun, and engaging environment for youth to grow in their faith.
