What you can expect:
The role of the Youth Pastor focuses on the spiritual health and direction (including evangelism, discipleship and pastoral care) of those aged 12 - 17 years old. They will also provide leadership, support, and guidance to volunteers and families, while ensuring a safe, fun, and engaging environment for youth to grow in their faith.What we want to see:
Enthusiasm and a passion for the next generation
Someone who exhibits Godly character
Strong ability in the leadership, communication and interpersonal spaces
Experience in making disciples and developing leaders
People who are fun and full of life!
Ideally, we would love to have a married couple to be able to lead both young men and women
Other qualifications/requirements:
A valid WWCC (or ability to obtain one)
A valid Safe Ministry check (or ability to obtain one)
Completed or working towards completion of ministry/theological study
